A universal floor mat is a flat rectangle you cut with scissors. It slides around, it leaves gaps at the edges, and every bit of slush that misses it lands on your carpet. MightyMats 5D mats are laser-measured for one specific vehicle — they follow the footwell exactly, corner to corner.

The 5D construction is what does the work: raised walls around the entire edge contain melting snow, road salt and spilled coffee instead of letting it run onto the carpet, and the layered leatherette-over-foam build deadens road noise noticeably. They wipe clean in seconds — pull them out, hose them off, drop them back in.

Sizing & fitment

Ordered by year, make, model and seat count. A 7-seat SUV needs the third-row set — check how many rows the customer actually wants covered before ordering. Fitment is guaranteed: if the set does not fit the vehicle it was sold for, we replace it.

Installation

No installation — the set drops into the footwells and locates on the factory retention posts where the vehicle has them. Remove the old mats first; never lay these on top of another mat, as stacking can interfere with the pedals.

Care & maintenance

Pull them out, shake off the debris, hose or wipe them down, let them dry and drop them back in. No solvents or silicone dressings — silicone makes the surface slippery underfoot, which is genuinely dangerous around pedals.

Will they fit my exact vehicle?
Yes, if we list your year, make and model — they are cut for that vehicle specifically. Fitment is guaranteed.

Can I put them over my existing mats?
No. Always remove the factory mats first. Stacked mats can slide and interfere with the pedals.

Do they cover the third row?
On 7-seat fitments, yes. Check which configuration you are ordering — 5-seat sets cover the front and second row only.
